Steps to Deliverance

Confess sin and make sure that you are a Born Again Saved Christian
Ask the Lord to fill you with the Holy Spirit
Repent of and renounce all evil, Including but not limited to Witchcraft, occult bondage, ungodly soul ties, and others that the Lord shows you. Repent of them even to the tenth generation of your ancestors also (Psalms 139: 21-22).
Make sure that you forgive others
Be honest with yourself and the Deliverance minister (Psalms 51).
Cast demons out
Learn and practice your authority in the Lord Jesus Christ

THE LORD WANTS TO BREAK UP OUR FALLOW GROUND
Fallow Ground Meaning:
• Farmers plow the land and allow to lie fallow for a season (without planting) that it might become more fruitful;
• but when in this condition, it soon became overgrown with thorns and weeds.
• The cultivator of the soil was careful to “break up” his fallow ground, i.e., to clear the field of weeds, before sowing seed in it.
• We are to Break up our fallow ground and clear the field of weeds
• The Holy Spirit searches our heart and convicts of sin
o Such as unforgiveness, speaking curses instead of blessings

The Spirit of Trauma

There are trespassers and invaders in the physical realm
Trauma is a way that these trespasses can enter our lives
• They try to claim what is not theirs
Definition: trespasser a person entering someone’s land or property without permission.
• This is the same in the spirit realm
• They invade and trespass on property that is not theirs
Matthew 12:43-45 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so, shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
• Don’t keep your house empty-FILL WITH THE WORD, PRAYER, AND PRAISE
THE EXTERNAL THINGS THAT HAPPEN IN OUR LIVES CAN HAVE AN INTERNAL EFFECT

Trauma is defined as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience.
These experiences can trigger the Spirit of Trauma
• Trauma affects the conscious and subconscious mind
• the Spirit of Fear enters the mind and opens the door to the subconscious mind and becomes the controlling spirit
• Fear opens the door to the Spirit of Rejection and many others
• The Spirit of Rejection will use demons that work with your emotions
such as exploding with anger, hatred, and bitterness

The Spirit of Fear works with The Spirit of Rejection

1 John 4:17-18: Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
Extreme fear can break down a person’s defenses and take control of their lives out of their hands, thus creating an opening for the demonic.
• Fear can enter a person’s life even while they are in the womb
• Most times fear enters through a trauma in our lives
• Even from childhood
• Fear is like a gateway for other spirits to enter and nest
Common Fears are:
Fear of sickness:
Combat Scripture: Isaiah 53:5 • But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes, we are healed.
Fear of failure:
Combat Scripture: Proverbs 3:5-8 • Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
Fear of rejection: Combat Scripture: Ephesians 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
