Nu 14:18 “slow to anger” is the main OT expression for God’s patient character.
Every believer has the right to experience peace at all times. It only exists in God and depends on having a close relationship with him. This peace surpasses all understanding and is not dependent on external circumstances. It is a gift from God to those who trust in Him and seek His presence.

The church is to rejoice in the salvation brought about by Jesus Christ’s faithful life and death, and by the power of his resurrection. Even in adversity, believers know the joy of Jesus Christ.
